What is Data Backup?
Data backup involves the storing of files from your computer in another location. In this way, if there is ever any loss of data on your primary machine, you still have your data in backup in order to restore those files. In the world of computers loss of data can be devastating, and while there are possibilities for recovery of data after a disaster it is far easier to restore your files from backup than to attempt to find your data on a crashed hard drive.
Why do I Want to Backup My Data?
Data backup is easy to implement and can save you great amounts of time as well as ensure that your data is secure in the case of a disaster. Data recovery is a very difficult, time consuming and expensive process, and it is not even assured that you will be able to recover your data from a system crash.
Both individuals and businesses need to plan a data backup strategy to protect information such as business contacts, emails, text documents, presentations, contracts, accounts and other valuable information needed in performing business using their computers.
Unfortunately, saving up your files in your personal computer does not guarantee that all information will be saved. Be aware that accidents and system failures do happen.
Backing up your data can prevent data loss when:
  1. Files and folders from your computer are deleted by failure or accident.
  2. Data is destroyed from hard disk error or virus infection.
  3. Your computer is physically destroyed from natural disaster, fire or someone steals your computer.
Here are the most common excuses for not implementing Backup Procedures:

“I’m too busy to backup my computer.”
“I don’t know how to backup data.”
“My computer won’t crash.”

Our Solution:
Set up Automated Data Backup Procedures to backup your important data. The backup can be set on to external Hard Drives, Network Drives or we can transfer data via FTP

It copies only the updated data (new and modified files and folders)
Scheduled backup can be set even for every 3 to 4 Hrs in a day, which will reduce time taken for data backup, also it can be done in the background while working.
